INFLATABLES AND TENTS THAT MAKE YOUR BRAND IMPOSSIBLE TO DRIVE PAST
R & R Tents & Events designs and builds custom inflatables, advertising balloons, printed canopies, and commercial event tents for brands right across Southern California.
We have spent 25+ years cutting, welding, and stitching this work ourselves, which is how custom orders move in 14 days and rental balloons reach a rooftop within 72 hours. From our Los Angeles, CA base we cover product replicas, sports tunnels, entrance arches, character mascots, canopy tents, rooftop balloons.
A 20-foot inflatable is read from a moving car in about 3 seconds, so the shape, the color break, and the anchor points all have to be right before it ever leaves the shop.

HOW A PROJECT
We take your logo files, dielines, or a rough sketch and return a scaled rendering that shows seam placement, print coverage, and anchor positions. You approve proportions and color before anything is cut, so surprises happen on screen instead of on site.

DESIGNED ➜

We take your logo files, dielines, or a rough sketch and return a scaled rendering that shows seam placement, print coverage, and anchor positions. You approve proportions and color before anything is cut, so surprises happen on screen instead of on site.
MANUFACTURED ➜

Panels are plotted, cut, printed, and joined in our own building, welded on PVC or double-needle stitched on polyester, with bar-tack reinforcement at valves, corners, and D-rings. Every finished unit is inflated and pressure checked on the floor before it ships.
INSTALLED

Our crew delivers, positions, anchors, and inflates on your site, matching ballast to concrete or turf and routing power safely. Rooftop balloons, arches, and tents get rigged, tensioned, and walked through with your team so anyone on staff can take it down.

YOUR NEXT EVENT DESERVES A LANDMARK, NOT ANOTHER BANNER
Anything that goes up outdoors has to survive wind, sun, and a crowd walking past it, and that is the standard we build to from the very first pattern cut. R & R Tents & Events keeps design, printing, stitching, vinyl fabrication, and installation under one roof in Los Angeles, CA, so nothing gets handed off and nothing gets lost in translation.
Take your time with the details, send us sizes, quantities, and artwork when you have them ready, and start your custom project through the quote request page on this site.

What is the difference between a cold-air inflatable and a sealed-air inflatable?
Cold-air units run a blower continuously and can be built up to about 50 feet tall. Sealed-air units are filled once, hold pressure for roughly a day, and suit indoor spaces where a running fan would be distracting.
Do advertising inflatables need a blower running the whole time?
Constant-air displays do, because they hold their shape on moving air rather than trapped pressure. Cutting power collapses them within seconds. Sealed-air pieces are the alternative when a display has to stand somewhere without a nearby power outlet.
How windy is too windy for an outdoor inflatable?
Most operators shut down and deflate once sustained wind reaches about 15 miles per hour, even though many units are engineered against a 25 mile per hour design figure. Gusts, not steady breeze, are what tear anchor points loose.
How do you anchor an inflatable on concrete where you cannot stake?
Ballast replaces stakes. Small displays want at least 40 pounds at every tie-down, while a large piece 36 feet or taller needs closer to 450 pounds per point, spread evenly across sandbags, water barrels, or steel weight plates.
